Road Remixed + Picture of the Day

I bought a new 24" iMac computer. There was a little bit of a learning curve, but I think I have the hang of it now. After getting used to the structure of the machine, I loaded it with a copy of Final Cut Express. To teach myself the program, I decided to make a re-edit of The Road to the End of the Road. It is now completed, and I am trying to find the most efficient way to share the 17 minute film on the internet. I am having a tough time exporting the movie in a downloadable-size format. Any ideas?
Also, I found an online photo editor called Pixlr. Think of it as a "Photoshop Lite." I've been using it for quick photo editing when other programs aren't available. So far? I am really impressed. Check out this picture I created using only Pixlr:
